What is the difference between the weekly mastermind and co-working?
If you haven't watched the SS tour video yet, you'll learn a bit more about Mastermind and Co-working there: https://startupsociety.com/startup-society-membership-start-here/
Mastermind is about 45 minutes where we’ll break attendees up into peer groups of about 3-4 to work through goals, challenges, and mastermind potential solutions. (we chat beforehand and again after to debrief as a large group) -- we do ask you're there the full 45 min for mastermind since it's structured time in a smaller group.
Co-working meets directly after mastermind (same Zoom link) and we set intentions for the work time together, answer any questions, chat for a few minutes, then work on something in our businesses (we stay on Zoom with camera off and muted). That way, if you have a question as you work or need any feedback, a success coach is there to help you out. It is really motivating, and members say they get so much done in our 1 1/2 hour work time because of the designated time and accountability it provides. We re-group at the end to chat about how it went.
