A business model is how you structure your business, the types of products/services you offer, and how you deliver them.
The best way to determine and develop your business model is to work through the Decide What Business to Start action plan. Week 2 goes into more specifics surrounding business models. This will help you determine what type of business & business model would be the best fit for YOU.
Here’s a PDF to help you understand the different business types as you consider what model will work best for you: Business Type Comparison Guide
Also, Gillian did a great podcast series on this very topic talking with others about all the different kinds of business models you could choose with an online business.
